As the recruiter, I interview association leaders to clearly define the CEO they desire. Additionally, I am “in the room” with the Search Committee in the interviews, candidate comparisons, and negotiations, so I know their real wants and views.
If you are ready for a career move, I offer private, confidential coaching to executives seeking CEO positions. Covered in detail are marketing, interviewing, and negotiating. In my experience, these three determine success. Marketing gets the interview. Interviewing gets the offer. Negotiating gets the job.
