Jerry Matthews’ executive career spans over 20 years as a Realtor® State Association CEO, and over 15 years as an industry consultant. Known as the “Expert in Executive Success™”, his consulting practice focuses on executive performance and recruiting.
Jerry is the author of numerous articles, books, and videos. His latest book is “Reach Zenith: The 10 Intangible Skills of Great CEOs.”
Jerry has a Bachelors Degree from Samford University and an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. Jerry has received the Magle Award for Executive Excellence from the National Association of Realtors. He has earned the CAE designation as well as a Black Belt in Karate.
